Return Policy
Order Cancellation
- Before Shipping or Production: We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. Unfortunately, if the product has already been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
- Cancellation Fee: If you cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, a $1.50 fee will be deducted. For orders canceled 24 hours after purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee will apply. To cancel your order, please submit a "Contact Us" help ticket on our website.
Returns
- Eligibility: We accept returns on most products, except for Final Sale items and Underwear. Customers have the right to request a return within 15 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- How to Initiate a Return: To start the return process, please contact us at service@PearlMolly.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed.
- Return Shipping Fees: Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer; returns must be sent to the address provided by our customer service team.
Refunds
- Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
