Return Policy

Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipping or Production: We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. Unfortunately, if the product has already been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
  • Cancellation Fee: If you cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, a $1.50 fee will be deducted. For orders canceled 24 hours after purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee will apply. To cancel your order, please submit a "Contact Us" help ticket on our website.

Returns

  • Eligibility: We accept returns on most products, except for Final Sale items and Underwear. Customers have the right to request a return within 15 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • How to Initiate a Return: To start the return process, please contact us at service@PearlMolly.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed.
  • Return Shipping Fees: Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer; returns must be sent to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refunds

  • Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
    1. Check your bank account again.
    2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
    3. Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Return Processing Time

  • Processing Time: Returns are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your item. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.
